On the morning of July 4, Deputy Chairman LIU Yang, on behalf of CCPIT Beijing, signed a friendly cooperative agreement with Portuguese Industrial Association (PIA). Paulo Portas, Portuguese State Minister and Foreign Minister, was invited to present at the signing ceremony.
The PIA is the most famous comprehensive industrial association in Portugal. The signing of the friendly cooperative agreement provided a foundation for CCPIT Beijing and PIA to carry out friendly exchanges and cooperation. The two sides will enhance information communications, promote business liaison, and drive the bilateral trading growth between Beijing and Portugal.
At this time, the PIA accompanied Mr. Portas to pay a business visit to Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Macao for a week.
For the present, CCPIT Beijing has signed friendly cooperative agreements with 137 industrial associations of 61 countries and regions.
