华盛顿州中国交流理事会是美国重要的民间对华交流组织，并有强大政府支持，总部设在西雅图，会员包括波音、微软、惠好、佩卡、美洲银行、华盛顿共同基金等180多家企业，其中很多是财富500强的世界著名公司。该理事会组织了多次经贸团访华，以及经贸研讨会。

Washington State China Relations Council is a major U.S private exchang organization with strong government support in China. The headquartered in Seattle, and more than 180 corporate enterprised to be its members. It includes Boeing,Microsoft,Weyerhaeuser, Pekka, Bank of America,Washington Mutual Fundmany of which are Fortune 500 world-renowned companies. The Council organized many times theeconomic and trade delegation to visit China, as well as economic and trade seminars.
