家乐福中国简介

法国家乐福集团成立于1959年,是大型综合超市概念的创始者,欧洲第一,全球第二的跨国零售企业和《财富》500强企业,在全球30多个国家和地区运营近1万家零售商店,旗下经营大型综合超市、超市、折扣店、便利店、会员制量贩店以及电子商务,为顾客提供种类齐全的产品和全方位服务。家乐福是一家多渠道、多业态发展的大型国际零售企业。
家乐福于1995年进入中国大陆市场,率先引进“大卖场”这一全新的现代零售业态,在北京建立了第一家门店,从此走进中国的千家万户,带动了中国零售业态和购物模式的变革。20年来,家乐福始终与中国社会共同成长,与中国经济共同进步,不仅通过税收和就业为国家及地方经济做出了贡献,还为中国带来了现代大型超市的经营管理技能和经验。家乐福坚信创新是企业发展的根本,通过不断的创新和改革,致力于在中国强劲和优质的发展。目前,家乐福在中国65个城市开设了228家大型综合超市,拥有员工约6万人。
家乐福在中国继续致力于多渠道、多业态的发展,并在此基础上发展O2O模式。2014年,家乐福社区型便利店“易家福”入驻上海。2015年,家乐福网上商城业务在上海正式启动。其基于门店货源的100%正品保证、快速送货以及“易家福”便利店自提等优质线上线下购物体验使得家乐福电商迅速获得了消费者的青睐。未来,家乐福有望在中国更多城市开启全渠道O2O购物模式,实现“你在哪儿,家乐福就在哪儿”。
家乐福高度关注食品安全问题,始终把消费者的安全健康放在首位。家乐福通过营养知识宣传、农超对接、家优鲜、二维码可追溯体系、食品安全检测室等项目,致力于为中国消费者提供安全健康的保障。家乐福还积极参与社区活动和公益事业。近年来,家乐福以多种形式向受灾地区、希望工程、社会福利机构捐物捐资,积极参与北京申奥,上海申博等活动,并全力支持中国环保事业,搭建北京四元桥“绿色旗舰店”、开发节能减排电动班车,致力于成为优秀的、有责任感的中国企业公民。

Groupe Carrefour, founded in 1959 and pioneer of the hypermarket concept, is a French multinational retailer and a Fortune 500, first in Europe and second in the globe, operating nearly 10,000 retail stores in more than 30 countries and regions across the world. In 1995 Carrefour set foot in the Mainland China market, being the first to bring in a new modern retail format "hypermarket". Devoted to multi-channel and multi-format evolvement, Carrefour has developed O2O model on this basis. In 2014, Carrefour convenience store “Easy Carrefour” entered Shanghai; in 2015, Carrefour online store www.carrefour.cn was officially launched in Shanghai. It has quickly earned favor from customers by virtue of its 100% quality goods, speedy delivery and prime offline & online shopping experience through self-pickup at "Easy Carrefour". In the future, Carrefour is expecting to open full-channel O2O shopping models in more cities, realizing the design of "wherever you are, Carrefour is with you." 

Carrefour has been focusing on the food safety issue, always putting consumers' safety and health in the first place. Through spreading nutrition knowledge, Direct Purchase, Carrefour Quality Line, QR-code traceable system, food safety laboratories and other projects, Carrefour has been hammering at providing Chinese consumers with a guarantee of safety and health. Furthermore, Carrefour is also an active participant of social responsibility. In recent years, Carrefour has donated materials and money to disaster-stricken areas, Hope Projects and social welfare institutions through various approaches, actively participated in Beijing Olympics, Shanghai Expo, and fully supported the environmental course in China, establishing Siyuanqiao Green Store in Beijing and electric shuttle buses across China.
