R.A.J.G. (Ralph) Hamers 海默斯

 海默斯于1966在荷兰出生,毕业于荷兰蒂尔堡大学（Tilburg University）,拥有商业经济计量学/运筹学硕士学位。RalphHamers于2013年5月13日被任命为ING集团执行董事会成员。同年10月1号被任命为首席执行官兼执行董事会主席。Ralph Hemers自1991年加入ING,  在成为执行董事之前，他曾是ING比利时及卢森堡区域的首席执行官。Hamers同时也是银行管理委员会主席。

Born in the Netherland in 1966, Hamers holds a Master of Science degree in Business Econometrics/Operations Research from Tilburg University.Ralph Hamers was appointed a member of the Executive Board of ING Group on 13 May 2013. On 1 October 2013, he was appointed CEO and chairman of this Board. Ralph Hamers joined ING in 1991. Before his appointment to the Executive Board, he was CEO of ING Belgium and Luxembourg. Ralph Hamers is also chairman of the Management Board Banking
