津贺一宏1956年11月14日出生于日本大阪府, 1979年于日本大阪大学基础工程学系生物工程学专业毕业, 并到美国加利福尼亚大学圣塔芭芭拉分校修读计算机科学, 于1986年硕士研究生毕业。 1979年开始在松下电器产业株式会社（现Panasonic Corporation）工作, 现在为公司的代表取缔役社长、（兼任）企业战略本部长。

Kazuhiro Tsuga

Kazuhiro Tsuga was born on the 14 Novermber 1956 in Osaka, Japan. Graduated from  the School of Engineering Sciences of Osaka University (Bachelor of Bioengineering), he went on to get a master degree of computer science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1986. He started his career in Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.  (Currently Panasonic Corporation) and is now the company's senior managing director and member of the board.
