The Kingdom forms the largest economy of the duty free market in the Middle East and North Africa, where it retains a stake of 25% of the total gross of the domestic productions, especially as its geographical locations gives it the ease of access to the export markets in Europe, Asia and Africa.

  All these figures and indicators did not come from nothing, since the total revenue for 2012 was 1239.5 SR ($330.5) billion and the expenditure was 853 SR ($227.5) billion, where it’s the largest in the history of the Kingdom, according to the Ministry of Finance.

  On the commercial level, Saudi Arabia has managed to improve its trade from a seasonal and limited one to a trade based on constant economic fundamentals; this is the fruit of the Kingdom’s comprehensive development achievements of all the industrial, agricultural and humanitarian aspects.
