Exhibitor Service
We can provide you with the services you need in order to get the most out of your ICCIE showcase. Whether it’s stand construction, marketing, catering or support services for lectures and presentations – we’re the people to talk to and can give you the qualified help you need.
Stand Construction
Registration:
09:00-16:30 Nov. 7-9, 09:00-15:00 Nov. 10 2013
Please register at the Organizer Office (Registration Office) at the exhibition site, Hall 1 during the opening hours from Nov. 6-7, 2013
Build-Up Period:
Nov. 6-7, 2013 (08:30-21:00)
Booths’ building-up will start in the morning on Nov. 6, 2013. Exhibition goods will be permitted to enter into the exhibition halls in the afternoon on Nov. 7, 2013.
Exhibition Period:
09:00-16:30, November 7, 2013
09:00-16:30, November 8 -9, 2013
09:00-15:00, November 10, 2013
Exhibitors will be permitted to enter into the exhibition halls at 08:30 daily
Tear-Down Period:
15:30-21:00, November 10, 2013
After the exhibition closed, electrical supplies will be cut off at 15:30 of Nov. 10, 2013. All rented furniture items will be removed. Please remove all your properties from the cabinets/counters soon after exhibition close-time. Dismantling of the stands will commence at 15:30 on Nov.10. Please note that Organizer Office requires everything to be cleared from the hall by 21:00 on Nov 10. The items left behind will be considered as abandoned.
Exhibitor Service
The 8th ICCIE will be held in Beijing in November 2013. The 8th ICCIE runs to the theme of "Promote cultural trade and speed up economic upgrade evelopment", through exhibitions, theatrical performances, creative activities, trade promotions, biztalk, Forum and other activities, to attract domestic and foreign cultural & creative high-end technology and products, to build an important platform for the creative industries information exchange, products trade and project cooperation, and to provide a broad development space for the cultural and creative products market, industrialization and internationalization; To be a global creative exhibition which integration the creative thinking, scientific & technological content, and cultural heritage.
